About the Artist

Anna Neville is a visual media artist based in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, whose work explores nostalgia, place, and the rhythms of coastal life on Cape Cod. Originally from Holliston, Massachusetts, Neville spent her childhood summers visiting her grandparents on the Outer Cape, forming an early and lasting connection to the landscape and culture that now deeply informs her work.

Raised by two entrepreneurial and artistically minded parents, Neville developed an appreciation for creativity from an early age and continues to experiment across graphic design, watercolor, and acrylic painting. Her practice is rooted in observation, memory, and the emotional connection objects can hold to a specific time and place.

Drawing inspiration from the contrast between Cape Cod’s bustling summers and its long, quiet winters, Neville’s recent body of work transforms familiar beach objects and seasonal imagery into studies of color, form, and memory. Through saturated palettes, graphic compositions, and subtle stillness, her paintings capture both the vibrancy of summer and the calm solitude that remains after the season fades. Living full-time in Wellfleet with her partner, dog, and cat, Neville continues to create work shaped by the beauty and changing seasons of life on the Outer Cape.
